Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for normal pregnancy: 1. Corrected vision>=0.8 (International Standard Vision Chart); 2. Refractive error shall not exceed the range of -3.00~+2.50D; 3. Age: 20-45 years old; 4. Informed consent and voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent complies with GCP regulations. Inclusion criteria for patients with gestational hypertension: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational hypertension; 2. Corrected vision>=0.8 (International Standard Vision Chart); 3. The refractive error shall not exceed the range of -3.00~+2.50D; 4. Age: 20-45 years; 5. Informed consent and voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent complies with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for normal pregnancy: 1. Ophthalmic diseases such as glaucoma, uveitis, retinitis pigmentosa, retinal artery occlusion, retinal vein occlusion, etc. that may affect retinal blood oxygen and vascular diameter; 2. Long term smoking and drinking history; 3. Psychiatric patients. Exclusion criteria for patients with gestational hypertension: 1. Patients with chronic major diseases such as diabetes and chronic kidney disease; 2. Ophthalmic diseases such as glaucoma, uveitis, retinitis pigmentosa, retinal artery occlusion, retinal vein occlusion, etc. that may affect retinal blood oxygen and vascular diameter; 3. Long term smoking and drinking history; 4. Psychiatric patients.
