Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 65 years old and above; 2. Have the ability and informed consent; 3. The estimated duration of the surgery is more than 2 hours, and the postoperative hospitalization time is more than 2 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurosurgery, plastic surgery, otorhinolaryngology and other operations that may affect or interfere with EEG monitoring; 2. Related to surgical complications or reoperation within 3 months; 3. Organ transplantation surgery; 4. Use a ventilator for preoperative intubation; 5. Permanent pacemaker implantation; 6. Unable to cooperate with research; 7. Refusal to participate in this study.
