Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular interventional surgery patients under elective general anesthesia; 2. Aged > 65 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI): between 19~28/?; 4. ASA physical status : IIII; 5. All surgical patients sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, restrictive and obstructive pulmonary diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities; 2. Concomitant severe cardiovascular complications, including congenital heart disease, severe heart rate abnormalities, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc; 3. Suffering from mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, depression, long-term insomnia, or taking psychotropic drugs for a long time; 4. Have undergone thoracic surgery or neurosurgery or surgery in recent 6 months; 5. Preoperative simple pulmonary function examination: Patients with blowing time>5s, breath holding test time50mmHg).
