18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age 18-70 years; 3. ASA Level I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2.BMI>=30kg/m2; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. History of chronic cough, history of bronchial asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. Acute upper respiratory tract infection; 6. Recently used bronchodilators, steroid hormones, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors; 7. Patients who are allergic to the study drug; 8. Hypertension; 9. History of mental illness.
