Group 0.25% :Inject 0.25% lidocaine for local anesthesia
Group 0.5%:Inject 0.5% lidocaine for local anesthesia
Group 0.75%:Inject 0.75% lidocaine for local anesthesia
Group 1%:Inject 1% lidocaine for local anesthesia

20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia at the Pain Clinic or Ward of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University; 2. ASA grade I-II, no obvious arrhythmia, stable circulatory system; 3. The VAS score is 7-10 points. 4. Those whose symptoms seriously affect daily life; 5. Those with poor drug treatment effect or serious adverse reactions; 6. Those who require active surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular lesions before surgery.
