Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Within 30 days of onset; 3. Those who involve the first branch of the unilateral trigeminal nerve; 4. Those with an NRS score greater than 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to accurately describe the disease related situation; 2. Patients with combined other neuralgia; 3. Patients with a history of chronic insomnia; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 5. Patients with a history of tumors; 6. Patients with chronic pain; 7. Those who are contraindicated by nerve block or radio frequency; 8. Those who use other treatment methods.
