Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Graves hyperthyroidism; 2. Age range from 15 to 65 years old; 3. There is no limit to gender; 4. After 6 to 12 months of 131I treatment, hyperthyroidism partially alleviates or relapses, and the thyroid gland is palpated as Grade I enlargement or no enlargement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ATD drug allergy; 2. Thyroid iodine uptake rate is less than or equal to 30%; 3. Contraindications to treatment, such as pregnancy/preparation for pregnancy, lactation, myocardial infarction, severe exophthalmos, severe liver and kidney diseases, hematopoietic system damage, etc.
