Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients over 18 years old; 2. The patient and their legal guardians are fully informed and sign informed consent to participate in the study; 3. The pain of hallux valgus affects daily life; 4. X-ray and CT examinations of the weight-bearing position indicate that HVA is greater than 30 °, IMA is greater than 13 °, and there is significant dislocation at the tibial sesamoid position; 5. Conservative treatment is ineffective (wearing loose shoes, orthotics, reducing activity).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Degenerative arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint; 2. Neurological diseases; 3. Peripheral vascular diseases; 4. Previous surgery on the first metatarsal bone, thumb, or metatarsophalangeal joint on the same side; 5. Involvement in foot activity or recent infections; 6. Currently participating in another clinical trial.
