Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old, informed consent to the process and purpose of this experiment, able to read and write independently; 2. There must be at least 18 natural teeth on the left and right sides of the mouth; 3. The simplified calculus index (CI-S) score is 1-3, and the number and distribution of the left and right calculus are similar, and the diagnosis is gingivitis or mild periodontitis (ie, PD is less than 3.5 mm, CAL 1-2 mm); 4. Isolated tooth experiment: Premolars or molars that need to be extracted due to severe periodontitis have not received scaling and root planing, and the root and neck tooth surfaces are intact.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases and coagulation disorders; 2. Dentin hypersensitivity, dental fear, unfilled deep caries, wedge-shaped defect; 3. Have undergone periodontal treatment in the past six months; 4. Medical or mental illnesses taking painkillers and antibiotics; 5. Large restorations or crowns of multiple teeth; 6. Acute infection of teeth; 7. Smoking history; 8. Women are not pregnant; 9. Isolated tooth experiment: Tooth surface caries, cracks, obvious depressions or developmental deformities.
