Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 140 patients underwent elective gastroscopy under general anesthesia, regardless of gender, ASA grade I-II; age 18-65 years; BMI 18-28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recent upper respiratory tract infection and asthma; 2. Those who are allergic to benzodiazepines and propofol; 3. Patients with neurological or mental diseases; 4. Those suspected of abusing narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 5. People with difficulties in respiratory management; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Men with family planning in the past 3 months.
