Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 30 years; 2. Spherical refractive error of -0.50D~-5.75Din each eye; 3. Astigmatism of not more than 1.00 D; 4. Anisometropia of less than 1.50 D; 4. Best-corrected visual acuity of 0.00 logMAR or better in each eye.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Continuous use of myopia prevention and control products for more than 1 month in the past 1 year; 2. History of eye surgery; 3. History of eye diseases (such as amblyopia, strabismus, glaucoma, etc.); 4. Atropine contraindications (such as: history of atropine allergy, intraocular pressure >= 21 mmHg or interocular pressure difference >= 5 mmHg, peripheral anterior chamber depth <= 1/4 corneal thickness); 5. History of allergy to sodium fluorescein, tear film breakup time < 5 s; 6. Poor general health (such as heart or respiratory disease).
