Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) Patients aged >= 65 years old; (2) Patients who can communicate effectively in Sichuan dialect or Mandarin; (3) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Family members: (1) Be the primary caregiver of the patient and be over 18 years old; (2) Can communicate in Sichuan dialect or Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) Those who are visually impaired and cannot watch the video; (2) Patients with cognitive impairments such as senile dementia, delirium, and confusion; (3) Patients who have clearly expressed their dying wishes to their family members or medical staff; (4) Patients with mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, persecution delusion; (5) The patient's bed doctor or nurse thinks that the patient's physical and mental condition is not suitable for participating in this study; 2. Exclusion criteria for family members: (1) Employment relationship; (2) Obvious mental illness; (3) Those who are visually impaired or hearing impaired cannot watch the video.
