Group 1 :Remazolam + 1.0 mg/kg lidocaine
Group 2:Remazolam + 0.5 mg/kg lidocaine
Group 4:Remazolam + normal saline group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select patients who receive painless gastroscopy; 2. Age >= 65 years old; 3. BMI 18-28 kg/m2 4. ASA classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmhg; Diastolic pressure >= 110 mmhg; Heart rate >= 110 beats/min; 2. Allergy history of test drug; 3. History of nervous system diseases or inability to communicate normally; 4. Long-term history of taking sedative and analgesic drugs; 5. Patients and their families refused.
