Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing percutaneous left atrial appendage closure in our hospital, age <= 85 years old, ASA <= III, BMI 22-28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory failure before operation, cardiac function grade 4; 2. Failure to place the occluder in a poor position, intraoperative hemorrhage and pericardial effusion.
