18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old, patients with unilateral ureteral calculus and hydronephrosis who were clearly diagnosed by CT before operation; 2. The preoperative SOFA score is greater than or equal to 2 points; 3. Those who are willing to participate in this study and can actively cooperate with follow-up visits and complete clinical observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lower urinary tract obstruction; 2. Patients with immune dysfunction, uremia, organ transplantation or long-term use of immunosuppressants; 3. People with mental illness or reading comprehension or language barriers; 4. Those who are pregnant, breast-feeding or have childbearing needs within 3 months; 5. Skin infection or skin lesion at the acupuncture site; 6. Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before this study.
