Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Criteria for diagnosis of stroke: patients diagnosed as stroke by clinical evaluation (symptoms were sudden weakness on one side of the face, arm or leg, sudden fainting, unconscious, etc.) and comprehensive imaging examination (magnetic resonance and CT examination were cerebrovascular infarction or rupture hemorrhage); 2. Fugl-meyer score confirmed sensory dysfunction (less than 24 points); 3. Fugl-meyer motor function score confirmed motor dysfunction (less than 100); 4. Age > 30 and < 70 years, both sexes; 5. At least 1 month after the first onset, and the disease is in stable stage; 6. During the long-term epidemic lockdown, patients were given individualized home exercises designed according to their different types of dysfunction every day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was unable to exercise at home every day during the long-term epidemic lockdown; 2. Recurrent stroke; 3. Patients with missing important rehabilitation assessment data related to the study.
