Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-30 years old; 2. 18.5 kg/m2 <= BMI < 24.0 kg/m2; 3. Professional active athletes in dance sports; 4. Have 5 years and above training experience; 5. Have competition experience at the national level or above; 6. Have a periodic special training program with a frequency of 90 minutes twice a week (during the intervention period, do not engage in additional sports other than the training specified in the training program).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, dietary diseases or related medical history; 2. Taking medicine or receiving other treatments.
