Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initial surgery; 2. No radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation; 3. Dynamic contrast-enhanced pituitary gland MRI and head CTA examination were performed before operation, and pituitary tumors were diagnosed by imaging; 4. According to postoperative immunocytology, the patient was pathologically diagnosed as pituitary adenoma; 5. The surgical method is performed through the sphenoid sinus using an endoscope or microscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traditional craniotomy; 2. History of nasopharyngeal surgery or skull base radiation therapy; 3. Skull base fractures, hydrocephalus and other intracranial space-occupying lesions.
