Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with septic shock meet the new sepsis diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 jointly issued by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine in 2016, ethics and informed consent of family patients; 2. The age is greater than 18 years old and less than 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; those who have absolute contraindications for central venous and arterial catheterization; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency; those who need continuous blood purification treatment; those who have received red blood cell transfusion; 3. Patients with massive pulmonary embolism, brain dead state or irreversible terminal state; patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 4. Those who need immediate emergency surgery; 5. There are blood system diseases.
