Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 65 years old; 2. ASA classification II-IV; 3. Right gesture hand; 4. Patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery under elective general anesthesia; 5. Agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Education < 6 years; 2. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) < 22; 3. Existing psychological and/or mental illness; 4. Suffering from Parkinson's disease; history of epilepsy; 5. History of previous brain surgery; 6. Taking sedatives or antidepressants in the last year; 7. Severe hepatic insufficiency, acute kidney injury or renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2), aortic arch atherosclerosis thicker than 4 mm; 8. Alcoholism and drug abuse; 9. Hearing impairment, vision or speech impairment, hindering communication; 10. Situations that are not suitable for MRI examination (claustrophobia); 11. Patients with contraindications to gadolinium contrast agents; 12. Any other history of major surgery, head trauma/neurodegenerative disease during the study period; 13. Reluctance to complete repeat MRI and neuropsychological testing (NPT).
