Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of T2DM; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment; 3. Aged 45-75 years old, disease duration >= 1 year; 4. Self-monitoring of blood sugar and standard treatment of hypoglycemic drugs, FPG <= 11.1 mmol/L; 5. No history of hypoglycemia; 6. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hamilton Depression Scale score >= 7 points; 2. Hachinski ischemia index scale >= 7 points; 3. Other mental or nervous system dysfunction not related to diabetes; 4. Brain diseases (stroke, traumatic brain injury, encephalitis or other intracranial space-occupying lesions) or hypothyroidism were found by imaging examinations such as CT or MRI; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Treatment with insulin or insulin sensitizers; 7. Uncoordinated tests.
