Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patient is 18-65 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight and obesity in the China Overweight/Obesity Medical Nutrition Therapy Expert Consensus, BMI >= 24 kg/m2 or waist circumference >= 90 cm for men and waist circumference >= 85 cm for women; 3. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude perinatal patients; 2. Obesity caused by hypothyroidism, hypothalamic pituitary disease, Cushing syndrome and other diseases; 3. Severe primary diseases such as malignant tumors and liver cirrhosis, secondary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as coronary heart disease and stroke, and patients with mental diseases.
