Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent upper urinary tract (kidney and ureter) calcium oxalate or uric acid stones who are willing to be treated conservatively; 2. Single stone, the largest diameter is less than 1cm; 3. Age: 18-75 years old; 4. Informed and willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of hyperparathyroidism, osteoporosis, rickets, renal tubular acidosis, malignant tumors, diabetes and other metabolic-related diseases; 2. Abnormal renal anatomy or solitary kidney, transplanted kidney patients; 3. Patients with a history of chronic intestinal diseases; 4. Patients with abnormal renal function (eGFR 75 years old.
