Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MAFLD diagnostic criteria are based on imaging (FibroScan) evidence of liver fat accumulation (hepatic steatosis), and one of the following three conditions: overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic dysfunction; 2. Perform electronic colonoscopy to confirm the existence of colorectal polyps and send them for pathological examination; 3. Perfect the methane hydrogen breath test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed malignant tumors; 2. Patients diagnosed with organic intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal melanosis, and familial polyposis; 3. Use of antibiotics, prebiotics and probiotics in the past 3 months; 4. Incomplete clinical data.
