Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this research; 2. Demonstrate the willingness and compliance to abide by all research procedures during the study; 3. Subjects who are older than 18 and younger than 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects withdraw from the trial due to various reasons; 2. Subjects with other serious diseases of the system (such as heart failure, acute liver failure, severe kidney disease); 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Subjects whose intestinal preparation is incomplete due to various reasons, so that the PEG intake is less than 75% of the prescribed program amount; 5. Patients who have serious complications during the colonoscopy examination and need urgent treatment and cannot continue the examination; 6. Patients who cannot undergo colonoscopy for various reasons or cannot complete the bowel preparation score.
