control group:After delivery of the fetus, 0.1 ml of normal saline was given to the puerpera by nasal spray

18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 and < 45 years; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Planning to undergo cesarean section; 4. Combined spinal epidural anesthesia is planned; 5. Plan breastfeeding; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome HELLP syndrome (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count); hypertension, ischemic heart disease; long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); 2. Addiction to alcohol, opioids, or sedative-hypnotics; mental disorder; 3. Have undergone any abdominal surgery before (except for cesarean section); have contraindications to spinal anesthesia; have contraindications to nasal administration (such as loss or lesion in the nasal cavity); 4. Suffering from hyperprolactinemia.
