Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 0 < age <= 8 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Plan to carry out elective thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection under general anesthesia; 3. ASA grade I-II; 4. The guardian voluntarily signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected hospital stay < 72 hours; 2. Children who are expected to enter the ICU after surgery or those who are brought back to the ward with a tracheal tube; 3. Patients with severe disturbance of consciousness or mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar abnormalities, insanity, etc.) and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Known effects on general anesthesia and auxiliary drugs (propofol, cisatracurium, remifentanil, sufentanil, penehyclidine hydrochloride, tropisetron), local anesthetic drugs (lidoca Children with hypersensitivity to ropivacaine) and NASIDS drugs (ibuprofen).
