Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 18-75 years old; 2. Patients who are diagnosed with diabetic foot ulcers, extremity fractures, and chronic bone infections in the Department of Orthopedics of Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine and who need to undergo near-infrared I-zone fluorescence imaging evaluation during surgery; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Including iodine allergy (LA-ICGA contraindications), taking glucocorticoids, long-term anticoagulant drug treatment, long-term smoking, and infection with HIV, syphilis and other systemic diseases; 2. Vulnerable groups, including the mentally ill, cognitively impaired, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.
