Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Research on the impact of nostalgic music-assisted robots on elderly patients with stroke and upper limb dysfunction: first stroke after clinical diagnosis, and confirmed by head CT and/or MRI; 60-70 years old; stable condition, life expectancy stable signs, with upper limb motor dysfunction; Brunnstrom stage I-VI; according to the Brief Mental State Scale, no cognitive dysfunction; no obvious vision and hearing impairment, able to communicate normally; no music-related learning experience; Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 2. Research on the brain mechanism of nostalgic music therapy: those who completed the experiment in the experimental group 1; right-handed; those who voluntarily participated in the research and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Research on the impact of nostalgic music-assisted robots on elderly patients with stroke and upper limb dysfunction: patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; patients with a history of mental illness; patients with joint dislocation or upper limb skin injury Losers; those who are not used to/unwilling to listen to music; 2. Research on the brain mechanism of nostalgic music therapy: those who cannot wear EEG equipment for various reasons; those who are used to drinking coffee and other refreshing products.
