Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of onset is under 18 years old, and regular follow-up in the hospital; 2. All enrolled children met the following inclusion and exclusion criteria: they met the definition of ANCA-associated vasculitis in the 2012 American Chapel Hill meeting or the American College of Rheumatology classification criteria for ANCA-associated vasculitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the combination of other secondary vasculitis (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, drugs, tumors, infections, etc.); 2. Patients with primary kidney disease (such as IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and anti-glomerular basement membrane nephritis, etc.).
