Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old, male or female; 2. No infection, fever or other symptoms in the whole body; 3. All subjects have good vital signs (including heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.); 4. TMD patients with irreversible prediscal displacement of TMJ during oral outpatient treatment; 5. Those who can come to receive treatment and follow-up as required; 6. Patients voluntarily participate in this trial, sign an informed consent form, and be able to cooperate with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe trauma and mental illness; 2. Oral and maxillofacial tumors and postoperative tumors; 3. Previous history of temporomandibular joint surgery and malunion; 4. Other oral infectious diseases, such as interstitial infection; 5. Persons with mental retardation and cognitive impairment; 6. Severe systemic diseases, such as severe heart disease, grade 3 hypertension (high risk), type 2 diabetes (unsatisfactory blood sugar control), severe osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, temporomandibular joint ankylosis, etc.; 7. Those who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
