3 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 3 years old <= age <= 18 years old; 2. Male patients diagnosed with DMD by muscle biopsy or genetic testing; 3. Patients can communicate verbally or non-verbally; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a virus infection or a history of virus infection that the investigator believes will affect the clinical trial; 2. The patient has a history of serious infection in the past six months; 3. Patients with respiratory failure who need assisted ventilation; 4. Subjects who have received any other clinical trials within 3 months before the patient's enrollment; 5. The patient or guardian cannot understand the informed consent and the purpose of the research; 6. Life expectancy is less than 24 months; 7. The investigator believes that there may be any situation that increases the risk of the subject or interferes with the clinical trial.
