18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Provide informed consent; 2. The DSM-IV axis I disorder was evaluated by SCID, which met the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. The total score of HAMD-17 is >= 17: 4. BMI <= 24 kg/m2 5. American Association of Anesthesiologists Physical Condition Rating (ASA): I-II; 6. Age 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of serious organic diseases of body or brain and history of craniocerebral trauma; 2. Very severe type I respiratory failure (oxygenation index < 60 mmHg); 3. Upper respiratory tract obstruction (foreign body in respiratory tract, snoring); 4. Abnormal nasopharyngeal cavity (sinusitis, turbinate hypertrophy, deviated nasal septum, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, etc.); 5. Severe gastrointestinal reflux disease.
