Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chloasma (light brown to tan patches with irregular edges and symmetrical distribution); 2. Typical skin lesions can be seen on the face, and the area of ??bilateral skin lesions is greater than 4 cm2; 3. Fitzpatrick skin type III-IV; 4. Those aged 18-60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding period, pregnancy preparation period; 2. Patients with other skin lesions on the face (primary or secondary skin lesions other than macule); 3. Patients with advanced vitiligo and scar constitution (with a history of hypertrophic scar or keloid); 4. Previous history of actinic dermatosis and light-induced epilepsy; 5. Local topical application of resorcinol, hydroquinone, arbutin, vitamin A acid drugs within 1 week; 6. Skin lesions have been treated with laser or optical equipment within 1 month; 7. Taking anticoagulant drugs, antiplatelet drugs, and retinoic acid drugs within 3 months; 8. Taking contraceptives or immunosuppressants (including hormones, cytotoxic drugs, monoclonal antibody drugs, etc.).
