Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women: (1) Gestational week >= 28 weeks; (2) No mental disorder or cognitive impairment; (3) Age > 18 years old; (4) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this research; (5) Be proficient in using the WeChat official account; 2. Spouse of pregnant woman: (1) Can understand and communicate in Mandarin; (2) Be proficient in using the WeChat official account; 3. Main caregiver of pregnant women: (1) Can understand and communicate in Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe audio-visual impairment, which may affect the understanding of the problem; 2. Acute and chronic diseases that contraindicate breastfeeding, such as AIDS, syphilis, severe heart disease, active tuberculosis, hepatitis, etc.; 3. Serious complications/complications affecting breastfeeding, such as severe heart disease, kidney disease, etc.; 4. Participate in similar breastfeeding health education programs.
