Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Tumor conforming to the Milan criteria (single tumor up to 5 cm or 2-3 tumors up to 3 cm in size); 3. The cloesest distance between the tumor border and liver capsular was <= 3 mm; 4. Patients without signs of vascular or bile duct invasion; 5. Patients without extrahepatic metastasis; 6. Child Pugh grade A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious combined diseases; 2. Patients who did not achieve complete ablation in the MWA group or surgical failure in the SR group.
