Experimental group:Patients restraint with new type of bed sheet restraint device

control group:Patients restraint with traditional restraint devices

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. The patient needs physical restraint and the restraint time is >= 24 h; 3. The informed consent form of the patient guardian and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with redness, swelling, damaged skin or rash in the restricted area when admitted to hospital; 2. Patients with mental retardation; 3. Patients with restricted partial hemiplegia; 4. Patients with plaster or splint.
