20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Preoperative colonoscopy and biopsy pathology confirmed rectal cancer, and it was a single-source tumor; 3. The TNM staging of the tumor is stage I-III, and the staging method adopts the seventh edition of AJCC guidelines for tumor staging; 4. No liver, lung and other organs distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumor located more than 15 cm from the anal verge; 2. Patients undergoing palliative resection; 3. Patients admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery; 4. Patients with recurrence of rectal cancer after surgery; 5. Patients with heart, lung, kidney and other organ dysfunction who cannot tolerate surgery; 6. Patients with T4b requiring combined organ resection; patients who have previously received radiotherapy and chemotherapy for non-rectal cancer.
