18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients selected for elective surgery under general anesthesia from July 2022 to September 2022; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years, male or female, weighed 50 to 80 kg; 3. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative SBP >= 180 mmHg, DBP >= 110 mmHg; 2. Past history of allergy to benzodiazepines; 3. Past history of taking long-time sedative analgesics; 4. Past history of alcohol abuse,neurological disorders, and severe depression.
