Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients with cardiac surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with off-pump cardiac surgery; 2. Serum creatinine levels were not measured within 7 days before or after surgery; 3. Patients with preoperative renal dysfunction; 4. Patients who received heart or kidney transplants; 5. Patients with preoperative extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 6. Patients with preoperative tracheostomy or mechanical ventilation; 7. Patients who underwent procedures for automated implantable cardioverter-defibrillator or left ventricular assist devices; 8. Patients with intraoperative rescue or death.
