Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stage: establishment and verification of pressure injury risk prediction model for adult liver transplantation patients: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Carry out liver transplantation (including liver transplantation after the death of a citizen with a donor liver, and liver transplantation from a living body); 2. The second stage: establishment and verification of pressure injury risk prediction model for children undergoing liver transplantation: (1) Age < 18 years old; (2) Liver transplantation (including organ donation after death of a child, liver transplantation of a donor liver, and liver transplantation of a child's own).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pressure injury existed before operation; 2. Skin diseases that affect skin observation; 3. The patient's information is incomplete, which affects the judgment of the result.
