Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Include adults aged <= 85 years old; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Free flap transfer repair under general anesthesia; 4. Patients who agree and sign the informed consent form for clinical research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive dysfunction, patients with severe systemic diseases (such as cardiac function > grade III), and patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past three months.
