Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Outpatients and inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes nephropathy (DKD), are aged between 40-70 years (including 40 and 70 years), and can be followed up for a long time, shall sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received renal replacement therapy (kidney transplantation, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, etc.), combined with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and hematopoietic system, and patients with mental illness, pregnant or breastfeeding patients, those with allergies or allergies to this drug, and those with primary or other secondary glomerular diseases or tumors.
