Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of subjects: (1) Informed consent to the research process before enrollment and consent to cooperate; (2) Age between 18 and 70 years old; (3) Suspected clinical manifestations of GERD: typical symptoms are acid reflux and heartburn, atypical Symptoms include unexplained dental caries, sore throat, cough, chest pain, belching, etc.; (4) Cooperate with the improvement of gastroscope, etc.; (5) Cooperate with the improvement of methane hydrogen breath test; (6) In the past 4 weeks, no antibiotics, other pharmaceuticals or promotion Gastrointestinal motility drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recent use of PPIs, H2 receptor antagonists or gastrointestinal motility drugs, etc.; (2) Incomplete data, younger than 18 years old, or cases of withdrawal; (3) Digestive system tumors, esophageal stricture, Esophageal motility disease, previous history of gastroesophageal surgery or central nervous system disease, etc.; (4) lactating or pregnant women, etc.; (6) Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and complications.
