Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly who are willing to participate in this study and has completed signing the informed consent form will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Terminal patients with chronic diseases; 2. Patients with immunodeficiency disease, severe cardiovascular disease, end-stage renal disease and malignant tumor; 3. Patients with impaired consciousness or mental disorder, unable to cooperate with the researcher; 4. Quit midway due to various reasons; 5. Refuse or fail to follow the treatment plan.
