Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants are recruited from adult patients(aged 18 to 80 years);their function of deglutition are normal;all patients sign a written consent to participate in the study;patients are concious,and will be able to perform simple actions with instruction of researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receive tracheotomy for various reasons;patients need fasting and water deprivation of a long time after extubation for therapy; patients are delirious and unable to finish simple action with instruction.
