Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the 4th National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995. 2) first cerebral infarction confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. 3) unilateral onset with unilateral limb hemiparesis of 3 weeks - 3 months duration. 4) age 18-70 years. 5) Simple cognitive function score MMSE >20. 6) Brunnstrom hemiparesis functional rating of stage III or higher, Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function rating of 10 or higher. 7) No aphasia, affected side neglect, hemianopia or affective disorder. 8) Informed consent and signed relevant documents for this study. Exclusion criteria
