Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After the trauma patients arrived at the hospital trauma center, 80 trauma patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital or branch of Jiaxing University from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected. After the comprehensive evaluation of emergency doctors in the trauma center, the VAS score of the patients was = 5, the gender was unlimited, the age was 18-80 years old, the BMI was 19-30 kg/m2, and the ASA grade was grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation dysfunction, preoperative use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs, local anesthesia drug allergy, puncture site infection and other nerve block taboos exist, and patients and guardians refuse
