Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting ODM diagnostic criteria from 13 weeks to 20 weeks of gestation 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Those who can regularly follow up in endocrinology department or obstetrics clinic during pregnancy; 4. After fully understanding the content of the experiment, the subjects voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to cooperate during inhalation therapy; 2. Patients with moderate to severe symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy or narrow Angle glaucoma; 3. Patients with severe respiratory tract infection accompanied by less phlegm and stickiness; 4. Patients who have had a stroke within 3 months, a history of myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency (New York Heart Association classification higher than Grade 3), or tachyarrhythmia; 5. Patients with severe renal insufficiency requiring renal replacement therapy; 6. Patients with severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh GRADE C); 7. Patients who had used other anticholinergic drugs on the day before surgery; 8. Patients who are prohibited from using PEEP.
