Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I - III level; The age ranges from 18 to 75; Patients receiving PCNL in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study excluded patients with known heart, kidney, liver or hematological diseases, peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, central and peripheral neurological diseases, psychiatric diseases, drug allergies, or allergy history for amide-type local anesthetics; also excluded those who had certain contraindications in terms of intervention (hemorrhagic diathesis, infection in the surgical region), those who used narcotic and non-narcotic analgesic drugs within 24 h before surgery, patients with chronic pain, those who had drug and alcohol addictions, those with BMI > 35, and those who did not want to be included in the study.
